Andre is a 2023/2024 articling student at BLG’s Calgary office. He is particularly interested in regulatory law and disputes.
Before joining BLG, Andre completed work terms at a large national law firm, the Canadian Institute of Resources Law, and the Alberta Utilities Commission’s legal team.
Andre graduated first in his class at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. He received course awards in constitutional law, environmental law, oil and gas law, natural resources law, and civil procedure. During his time in law school, Andre was president of the Environmental Law Society, an Alberta Law Review editorial board member, a law tutor in the Academic Success program, and competed in multiple national moot court competitions.
Andre enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, and camping in his spare time.
