Yi maintains a general litigation practice, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, construction project disputes, expropriation, and energy and utilities regulatory matters.
Yi has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and Alberta Court of King’s Bench as well as arbitration panels and the Land and Property Rights Tribunal.
Yi summered and articled with BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate. Before attending law school, Yi worked as a Process Engineer-in-Training in Alberta’s oil and gas industry.
