Valerie's practice focuses on construction, surety, and procurement law, as well as in international and domestic commercial arbitration.
Valerie acts on behalf of owners, contractors, subcontractors and surety bonding companies in disputes arising out of various types of construction projects, including public infrastructure projects.
Valerie has extensive experience advising on a broad range of construction issues, such as breach of contract, breach of trust and construction liens. Valerie also regularly advises and advocates on behalf of owners, contractors and subcontractors in adjudication disputes under the Construction Act.
Valerie practices in both French and English.
