Eni practices in the corporate and capital markets group, with a focus on corporate and securities law.
She advises clients on a variety of public and private transactions, including corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate commercial requirements.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Eni summered and articled with BLG. As an articling student, she was seconded to the wealth management department of the Royal Bank of Canada.
