- Nicole St-Louis and Marta Lewycky will discuss how to use managed services to optimize performance within your legal departments. They will define the concept of managed services and will provide guidance on how to assess whether a managed-services approach is right for your organization.
Session 2 | Unique Tech-Enabled Approaches to Contract Reviews, and the Intake & Tracking of Legal Work (45 min)
- Cherie Mah, Mary Ann Stallings and Emily Wesson will share case studies to illustrate how to manage high-volume contract reviews through collaboration. They will focus on synergies between business processes, use of technology and appropriate staffing.
- Mary Ann Stallings and Kyla Sandwith will showcase how you can use technology, likely already within your organization, to create a workflow for the intake and tracking of your legal portfolio of work.
