Alex is a summer student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2024 summer term. She is focusing on dispute resolution, business law and technology law.
As a law student, Alex is a senior editor on the Ottawa Law Review, works as a research assistant with uOttawa’s Centre for Law, Technology and Society, and is a Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellow. She also serves as a Writing Leader for the uOttawa Legal Writing Academy and is the president of the uOttawa Asian Law Students’ Society.
Alex chose to work at BLG for the Firm’s leading disputes and corporate/commercial practices. She was also impressed by the welcoming and community-oriented team, as well as the Firm’s dedication to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion within the legal profession.
In Alex’s spare time, you can find her on a kayak, listening to Thoughts on the Market, and watching The Office (US).
