Priti is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2024-2025 term.
As a law student at the University of Toronto, Priti worked as a student caseworker at Downtown Legal Services and Neighbourhood Legal Services, where she advocated for members of the community on a variety of matters. She also led editorial teams as a Senior Editor on the Law Review and served with the school’s South Asian Law Students Association.
Prior to joining law school, Priti obtained her Bachelor of Medical Sciences at Western University, where she also worked as a clinical research assistant in a pediatric emergency department.
Priti chose to work at BLG because of the emphasis placed on fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. After chatting with several of BLG’s associates and students, Priti was impressed with their comments on the firm’s collaborative culture and the opportunity for students to gain meaningful experiences in a wide variety of practice areas.
In her spare time, Priti enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, and reading a suspense-filled thriller.
