Before immigrating to Canada in 1999, Lily practiced law in Fuzhou, the People’s Republic of China, for approximately five years, focusing on civil and commercial litigation.

  • Represented a leading multi-national communications company on its US$150M service agreement.

  • Represented a Canadian company on the proposed sale of shares by approximately 180 shareholders located in multiple jurisdictions in North and South America through plan of arrangement.
