Liz has extensive experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence in the areas of personal injury, municipal, police and product liability.
She is heavily involved in each file from inception to resolution. She works extensively with her team in all aspects of file management including:
- liaising with experts and investigators
- drafting pleadings, motion materials and Affidavit of Documents
- reviewing productions in preparation for attendance at discoveries, mediation, pre-trial and trial
- liaising with clients, counsel and all levels of the courts
Liz has extensive experience in trial preparation and file management.
Liz has worked in civil litigation since 2005 and joined BLG as a Law Clerk for the Insurance & Tort Liability team in 2019.
