Sarah’s litigation practice is focused on insurance defence. She represents clients in relation to personal injury claims, general liability claims, and professional negligence claims.
Sarah has appeared and assisted clients with matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Prior to joining BLG, Sarah practiced law as an insurance defence associate at a regional law firm in Ottawa.
