Elysse is responsible for supporting Beyond Legal Talent with end-to-end recruitment and management of contract lawyers joining the team. Elysse also provides recommendations on workflow management, process improvement, and staffing and project management support.
Prior to taking on the role of Manager, Beyond Legal Talent, Elysse worked in legal talent for over 10 years at another national law firm.
