Wendy has expertise in investment fund filings, including prospectuses, financial statements, MRFPs and other continuous disclosure documents on SEDAR.
She prepares all related documents, organizes the filings and advises on the regulatory filing fees and other requirements associated with the various filings.
Wendy also:
- prepares and files other regulatory securities filings, including exemption applications, material change reports and compliance filings, and early warning and alternative monthly reports
- prepares and files insider reports on SEDI
- prepares and files notices of meeting and record dates with CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. and meeting materials with the regulators
- communicates with securities regulatory authorities and liaises with clients
Prior to becoming a law clerk in 2014, Wendy was a legal assistant at BLG for 25 years.
