Alex’s practice focuses primarily on real estate financing, commercial lending and debt financing. He assists both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of debt financing and lending transactions.
Alex is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta and routinely acts on transactions with both BC and Alberta components.
He summered and articled with BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate.
