Kalie is a lawyer with diverse expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, eDiscovery and intellectual property. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on domestic and international arbitration.
Kalie also brings a strategic and efficient approach to eDiscovery issues including data management, document review and case development.
Kalie has experience managing complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters involving detailed legal analysis and extensive eDiscovery. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has acted as counsel on ICC, SCC, HKIAC and BCICAC (now VanIAC) arbitrations.
Prior to rejoining BLG in 2021, Kalie was in-house counsel for Herschel Supply Company, where she advised the company on intellectual property, disputes, privacy and commercial matters.
