She also advises clients on various non-litigated issues, including regulatory compliance, legal risk analysis, and strategies on global patent protection such as in Canada, U.S., EU and China.
Before joining BLG, Anna practiced patent law in Beijing, China as a lawyer and a patent attorney, specializing in patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation, cross-border patent licensing, patent infringement and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis for multinational enterprises.
Anna summered and articled at BLG before returning as an associate. Anna can write, speak and read Mandarin fluently.
