As a member of the Commercial Litigation Group, Tricia is engaged in a wide range of complex matters with a focus on securities and shareholder litigation, commercial litigation and class actions. She provides support to the group’s lawyers, while managing files from inception to resolution.
Tricia assists with:
- drafting originating applications and claims, statements of defence and other pleadings, interlocutory proceedings and motion materials
- preparing files for examinations for discovery including preparation of affidavits of document as well as lists of undertakings, advisements and refusals of all parties; liaising with discovery witnesses to answer all undertakings; and reviewing and organizing opposing parties undertaking answers
- preparing files for mediation, pre-trials and trials
- reviewing and organizing documents for provincial securities commissions and self-regulatory organizations
Tricia has worked in the civil litigation field since 2011. She joined BLG in 2012.
