Tanya maintains a broad practice that encompasses a range of commercial and civil litigation matters. She advises clients on disputes involving shareholders and director liability, defamation, breach of contract claims, bankruptcy and insolvency issues, and professional negligence.
She is fluently bilingual and proud to represent clients in both French and English.
Tanya has argued successfully before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and various administrative tribunals.
