Keaghan practices in the Health Law group, with a focus on dispute resolution for healthcare organizations.
Keaghan represents hospitals and their employees in medical malpractice litigation. He also represents healthcare organizations in matters involving occupier’s liability claims, and regulatory college matters.
He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has experience with various administrative tribunals in Ontario.
Prior to joining BLG, Keaghan worked at a civil litigation firm focussed primarily on medical malpractice.
