Tina Dekker is a technology lawyer with a practice that focuses on patents and intellectual property strategy to assist clients with the commercialization of their technology. She brings a range of knowledge related to quantum technology and nanotechnology.
Tina is an alum of the Institute for Quantum Computing and has a background in nanoelectronics, quantum devices and microfabrication. During law school, she was a research fellow with the Centre for Law, Technology and Society where she researched, published and presented on the legal and ethical implications of quantum technologies. She also completed an internship with the Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC).
