Laura's practice focuses on corporate and securities law. She acts for vendors and purchasers in both public and private M&A transactions and issuers and dealers in corporate finance transactions. She also advises clients on a range of matters including M&A, corporate finance, securities law compliance, corporate governance and other commercial matters.
Laura worked as an associate at BLG and then as in-house counsel at a large Canadian public company before returning to BLG.
