Kelly has worked in the intellectual property field since 2004. She works closely with numerous patent agents and clients to facilitate ongoing prosecution of patent and industrial design applications. She drafts IP-specific documents for filing with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Kelly has over 20 years of IP experience and has worked at two other leading IP firms in Ottawa, as well as for the Government of Canada.
