The Ontario Superior Court of Justice made an order of costs following a successful injunction application brought by Enbridge Pipelines against two Aboriginal protestors. The March 2017 decision, reported at 2017 ONSC 1642, was summarized in our e-Newsletter of 12 April 2017. The Court ordered that Enbridge was entitled to costs on a partial indemnity basis, in the amount of $25,387.81.
