As a Summer Law Student, Ian is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
Prior to attending law school, Ian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. In law school, Ian earned the Dean’s course prize in Contracts, Fundamental Legal Skills, and Constitutional Law. He also competed as a member of the Davies Corporate/Securities moot team.
Ian chose BLG because of the firm’s excellent reputation in the Canadian legal market and commitment to student development. He was also drawn to the collegial and welcoming environment of the firm.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys golfing, running, skiing, and playing softball.
