Kim Dullet is a partner in the Ottawa office. She joined Borden Ladner Gervais LLP as an articling student. Kim practises civil litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes, insurance litigation and the health sector. Kim regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Ontario Energy Board, Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and Consent and Capacity Board.

- Provides healthcare institutions with general advisory services in areas including risk management, personal health information and privacy, disruptive physicians, quality of care reviews and coroners inquests.
- Acts as counsel for hospitals and nurses in medical malpractice cases.
- Acts as counsel for physicians and hospitals in consent and capacity proceedings before the Consent and Capacity Board, as well as in appeals before the Superior Court of Justice.
- Represents nurses before the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
- Acts on behalf of a number of insurers in respect of personal injury, general liability and professional negligence claims.
- Represents manufacturing clients in the energy sector before the Ontario Energy Board.
- Acts as counsel for physicians and hospitals for applications for the secure treatment of minors before the Superior Court of Justice.
