Lisa’s practice, focuses on all aspects of labour and employment law. Her particular expertise extends to human rights, workers’ compensation claims and employment standards matters.
She assists clients with drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and policies, severance agreements and employment agreements.
She has appeared before the BC Provincial Court and acted as co-counsel in labour arbitrations and mediations.
