Andrew practices management-side labour and employment law. He covers a broad range of administrative tribunal proceedings and frequently represents employers before the Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal.
He represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance settlements. Andrew regularly advocates on behalf of his clients in rights and interest arbitration proceedings. He often advises on workplace law issues related to the restructuring, sale and/or purchase of businesses in both the public and private sectors.
Andrew is counsel to hospitals, nursing homes, construction companies, manufacturers, schools, and businesses of all sizes with diverse employment arrangements.
