There is a Reflection Room in each of our offices–a private space to observe religious or cultural beliefs, meditate, or take a mental health break.

Our Transgender Inclusivity and Accommodation Policy provides guidance so we can best support, respect and accommodate trans individuals. Along with the policy rollout, we created all-gender washrooms and made changes to our dress policy and training.
