Madeleine represents and advises unionized and non-unionized employers on matters including:
- Wrongful dismissal and human rights litigation;
- Labour disputes;
- Legislative and regulatory compliance; and
- Employment standards and contracts.
Prior to joining BLG, Madeleine clerked for Ontario Superior Court Justices in Ottawa and practiced at a boutique labour and employment firm in Toronto.
