Agatha practices labour and employment and human rights law. Her practice involves advising clients in both the private and public sectors on a variety of matters related to litigation, employment law, labour relations matters, and human rights.
Agatha represents employers in various disputes including wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights applications and grievance arbitrations. She also advises employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues including accommodation, workplace harassment, terminations, discipline, employment standards, corporate transactions, freedom of information and privacy matters, and employment contract and policy reviews.
Agatha has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
