Magda focuses on business immigration law.
She assists with:
- preparing applications for Canadian work permits and study permits, temporary resident visa applications, changes and extensions of status, temporary resident permits and citizenship and permanent resident card applications for submission to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency and Canadian visa offices abroad
- preparing Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications for submission with Employment And Social Development Canada
- researching applicable processes and requirements for different types of temporary applications and working with corporate clients and their human resources teams to find the right immigration solutions for their employees
- working and dealing with Employment and Social Development Canada and Canadian immigration offices in Canada and overseas to ensure smooth processing of immigration applications
