Richelle, BLG Beyond’s Chief Operating Officer, integrates strategy with agile operations, working with key BLG and BLG Beyond leaders to ensure that our clients and firm capture the value this alternative operating model brings.
Richelle leverages her MBA in Change Management from the Sprott School of Business, in addition to her experience in driving business transformation in law firms, into the transformation and innovation BLG Beyond represents for the Canadian legal landscape. She also contributes insights gained from her time attending Harvard’s executive education program focused on Leading Professional Service Firms.
