Aleem’s developing practice focuses on securities and corporate law across all industries with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions of private and public companies, commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance.
Prior to law school, Aleem worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at a national firm where he advised on a broad range of mergers & acquisitions transactions, financial advisory services, and insolvency & corporate recovery matters.
Aleem summered and articled at BLG before joining the firm as an associate.
