Erica has a broad practice focused on civil litigation and dispute resolution.

 Erica advocates for clients on a wide range of matters, including public law, government relations, issues affecting Indigenous communities, and commercial disputes more broadly. She works with a variety of clients in both the private and public sectors.

Erica summered and articled at BLG before returning as an associate. During articling, she was seconded to the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, where she assisted with files in the Privacy, Technology, and Surveillance Program.
