Catherine assists the firm’s lawyers, clients and sureties with substantial construction disputes — from commencement through to resolution. She helps gather, produce and analyze paper and electronic documents to prepare for discovery, mediation and trial.
Catherine also assists with International and Domestic Commercial Arbitration and motor vehicle insurance defence disputes. She is knowledgeable about British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal procedures.
