Chloé focuses her practice on environmental and regulatory compliance, energy and natural resource development projects, and environmental obligations in mergers and acquisitions.

She represents and advises clients from various sectors on regulatory and environmental requirements. She assists them in analyzing issues related to environmental authorizations and briefs them on the applicable legislative framework, particularly in regards to regulations governing residual materials, contaminated sites and contaminant migration. She also offers advice on separate collection and extended producer responsibility.

Her practice spans all environmental aspects of general, commercial and other corporate transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients with due diligence, compliance and the review of environmental claims and safeguards. She also provides advice on Indigenous law, mainly in relation to the consultation and involvement of Indigenous communities in energy and natural resources projects.

Prior to joining BLG, Chloé worked as a lawyer at a leading Canadian law firm.
