Kevin is a paralegal who works exclusively in the areas of estate planning, administration, and estate and fiduciary litigation.
He has extensive experience in assisting with the preparation of all documentation required for estate planning, the administration and probate of estates, and applications for dependents.
Kevin has also worked with trustees, administrators, executors and beneficiaries, attorneys and agents relating to the interpretation and validity of wills; the removal and replacement of executors; executors' compensation; fiduciary accounting applications; disputes among beneficiaries; enduring power of attorney and personal directive abuse and disputes.
Prior to joining BLG, Kevin acquired extensive experience in financial planning and charitable gift planning.
