Montréal (December 16, 2024) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Matt Saunders and Claire Feltrin to the firm as Counsel in our Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Group. Matt joins our Montréal team of professionals, while Claire will be practicing from BLG’s Vancouver office.
Matt comes to BLG with an established practice in cybersecurity and data privacy, in which he advises on internal privacy programs, incident response, crisis communications, and novel issues in respect of the use of artificial intelligence in organizational resiliency. Claire also has a solid reputation in cybersecurity and privacy, providing strategic counselling and advice to clients across several industries on digital innovation, the use of personal information, information technology, online safety matters, and crisis management.
