Laura Levine joins the Toronto office

Laura Levine is a highly-skilled securities and capital markets lawyer. She advises on a wide range of complex securities law matters, including in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, continuous disclosure, public mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulatory compliance for a variety of clients. She also focuses on the development and management of innovative legal content and current awareness materials, and delivers bespoke legal opinions on the latest in legal and industry developments.
