Toronto (January 17, 2020) — Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Valérie Marcas as Counsel in its Business Immigration Group. Valérie specializes in Canadian immigration programs for temporary foreign workers and for permanent residency applicants. She is based in BLG’s Montréal office.

Valérie holds a LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke and she was called to the Québec Bar in 1994. She is a member of the Québec Immigration Lawyers Association. Before joining BLG, she worked at a regional law firm and was previously legal counsel for a Canadian company offering immigration services and international workforce recruitment.
