The latest BLG innovation initiative to deliver better value to clients
Toronto (November 26, 2018) — Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is excited to announce that it has introduced the role of Client Service & Innovation Manager. The goal of this role is to manage the administrative elements of our client relationships, allowing our lawyers to focus on the practice of law.
As such, our key clients will now have a dedicated resource who acquires a deep understanding of their legal portfolios, and offers value-added services such as: developing pricing models, budgeting, matter management, process improvement, data analytics and other tailored, "business of law" services. Our Client Service & Innovation Managers will also work closely with BLG’s Consulting Service in helping our key clients improve operational productivity.
"BLG has already provided similar support to some of our key clients, including SNC-Lavalin and HIROC. After seeing the value it delivers, we knew we had to expand the service to more key clients," said John Godber, BLG’s Client Innovation Partner. "We now have plans to offer the services to additional clients, and we know that all clients will benefit from the best practices we develop with this role."
Along with its other innovative initiatives, the Client Service & Innovation Manager role is another example of BLG shaping the future of law and delivering the best value to its clients.
