In January 2018, Fred Pletcher will be representing BLG at the Shareholder Activism NY conference. The conference will discuss shareholder engagement and activism and what to expect this upcoming shareholder season. Industry experts will also examine the current state and progression of shareholder activism in the US and abroad, with a focus on how engagements shape efforts between directors, management, and activist investors seeking positive outcomes.
Fred will be moderating a panel discussion titled, "Taking the Fight Public: The Role of Shareholder Engagement".
