On October 3, 2022, Kongsberg, Inc., a Canadian affiliate of Kongsberg Automotive ASA (OSE: KOA.OL) completed the sale of substantially all the assets related to its powersports business in Shawinigan, Quebec to BRP Inc. (TSX:DOO) (NASDAQ:DOOO).
Kongsberg Automotive is a leading player in the development and manufacturing of electronic and mechatronic products and was a long-standing supplier of BRP.
