Surajreet is a summer student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2024 summer term. He is focusing on business law.
At Queen’s, Surajreet was an executive member of the Queen’s Law Sikh Student Association in its inaugural year. He was also a volunteer editor for the Queen’s Law Journal.
Prior to joining BLG, Surajreet worked on Parliament Hill, focused on legislative affairs. He also has experience in domestic policy research with two Canadian policy institutes.
Surajreet chose to work at BLG after meeting many accomplished lawyers and students at the firm. He was drawn to BLG because of the firm’s steadfast commitment to mentorship, opportunities for professional growth, and pro bono work.
In his spare time, Surajreet enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, watching TV shows, and spending time with friends and family.
