Heather Pessione is BLG’s Research and Written Advocacy Partner and has been our Toronto Office Research Partner since 2014.
Heather oversees our team of four experienced research lawyers across the country, who provide legal research services and collaborate with our lawyers in a variety of ways, including:
- developing legal strategy
- conducting and managing complex research
- preparing legal opinions
- drafting materials for all levels of court, for tribunal matters, and for arbitrations
- furthering thought leadership by authoring or co-authoring various Insights
