Leila practises mainly labour and employment law. She advises and represents employers from diverse sectors in both unionized and non-unionized environments. She appears before various judicial bodies, including the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Court of Québec and the Superior Court of Québec.
Leila first arrived at BLG as a summer student in 2022, then articled at the firm before officially joining as an associate.
Leila is also involved in her community, notably as the vice-president of the Inform’elle board.
