Nadya specializes in education law, acting on behalf of publicly funded school boards, private schools, and private colleges.

Nadya advises on governance issues for public and Catholic school boards, as well as private, not-for-profit organizations involved in education. She provides guidance on student matters, human rights concerning employees and students, particularly in cases where rights intersect or conflict. She provides strategic advice regarding policies and regulatory issues involving her education clients.

Nadya also represents clients in administrative tribunals, grievance arbitrations and judicial review applications.
