Philippe's practice focuses on corporate finance, with an emphasis on public and private equity and debt financings.

He has expertise in cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and corporate governance matters, including board and special committee advisory roles.

Within BLG, Philippe is a member of the firm's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiative.
