Adam's practice focuses primarily on commercial lending, debt financing and insolvency. He assists both creditors and debtors on a variety of lending transactions, including asset-based lending and real estate financing.
Adam also helps clients with insolvency-related matters, including restructurings, bankruptcies and receiverships under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
During his time in law school, Adam represented the University of Alberta at the Davies Corporate and Securities Law Moot, where he was named the top oralist for his team.
Adam also worked as a research assistant on a number of publications featured in the Alberta Law Review.
