Sindy is the National Director, Talent Development at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. She provides leadership over the Firm's Professional Excellence Program which is our Firm’s comprehensive national approach to the on-going business and legal education of BLG professionals.
Since joining the Firm, Sindy has provided leadership over the Firm's recruitment processes and programs for Legal Professionals.
Prior to joining BLG, Sindy was the Director, Students, Associates & Professional Development for the Montréal office of another large national law firm. Sindy also practised in labour and employment law.
