Aidan maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial and energy disputes, injunctions, class actions, administrative law, defence procurement, and constitutional law.
He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also run trials before the British Columbia Provincial Court and Manitoba Court of King’s Bench.
Aidan was on the Dean’s List throughout law school and graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2021. He received various awards during law school, including the Mandy MacLeod Prize for Excellence in Mooting, the Joseph Paul Bromlik Scholarship for Excellence in Advocacy, the Rhonda Zacharias Memorial Award, and the Criminal Trial Lawyers Award in Evidence.
While in law school, Aidan participated and placed in various moots, interned with the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Office of the Judge Advocate General, and ran criminal trials as a dayleader with Student Legal Services.
